How do credits work?
Every generation costs credits. 1K resolution costs 1 credit, 2K costs 2 credits (1 for ULTRA subscribers), and 4K costs 3 credits (2 for ULTRA). New accounts start with 3 free credits.
What's the difference between Free, PRO, and ULTRA?
Free users get the Flash model at 1K resolution with a watermark. Any credit purchase unlocks PRO: the Pro model, up to 4K resolution, no watermark, and all content. ULTRA (active subscribers) also get discounted credit costs and can unlock past watermarked generations.
How long does a generation take?
Most generations complete in 30-90 seconds. You'll get a push notification when it's ready.
My generation failed. Do I get my credits back?
If a generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded. If you believe there's an issue, contact us.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are processed through Apple. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at [email protected] and we'll delete your account and all associated data (photos, generations, and profile).
