Delete Your Account
Two ways to permanently delete your Bust Down AI account and all associated data.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
You can delete your account directly from Bust Down AI:
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll handle it for you. We typically respond within 24 hours.

- Your user profile (email, display name, auth identity)
- All generated images and their source photos
- Your credit balance and transaction history
- Any feedback you've submitted
- Your device push notification token
What may be retained
We retain minimal information only where required by law or for fraud prevention — for example, anonymized billing records tied to App Store or Google Play purchase receipts. This data cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
Subscriptions and refunds
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Manage subscriptions in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). For refund questions, see Support.
