Bust Down AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the Bust Down AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you sign in with Apple, we receive:
- Apple ID email address (or a private relay email if you choose to hide your email)
- Display name (optional, as provided by Apple)
We do not collect passwords. Authentication is handled entirely through Apple's Sign in with Apple service.
Photos
When you create a generation, the photo you submit is:
- Uploaded to our secure cloud storage
- Sent to our AI service for processing
- Stored alongside the generated result in your account
Photos are associated with your account and are not shared with other users.
Generation Data
We store the details of each generation you create, including the scene, drip selections, props, and the resulting image. This allows you to view your past generations in the Gallery.
Device Information
- APNs device token — used to send you push notifications when your generation is complete
- Basic device metadata for analytics and debugging
Purchase History
We verify and record StoreKit 2 transaction receipts to manage your credits and subscription status. We do not have access to your payment method details — all payments are processed by Apple.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide the service — process your photos, generate images, manage your account and credits
- Send notifications — alert you when your generation is complete
- Improve the product — analyze usage patterns to improve quality and features
- Prevent abuse — enforce rate limits and terms of service
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
- Authentication providers — for secure user sign-in
- AI services — your photos are sent to third-party AI services for processing
- Cloud storage providers — for secure storage of photos and generated images
- Apple — for in-app purchases and subscription management via the App Store
- Push notification services — for delivering notifications to your device
Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
Data Retention
Your account data, photos, and generated images are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app or by request. When you do, we delete all associated data, including:
- Your user profile and account information
- All uploaded photos and generated images
- Generation history and credit transaction records
- Device tokens and notification preferences
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — view your generations, profile, and credit history in the App
- Delete your account and all associated data — see Delete Account for instructions (in-app or by email)
- Export your data — contact us to request a copy of your data
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Signed URLs for secure access to stored images
- Secure authentication for user identity
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse
Children's Privacy
Bust Down AI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
